SBIHC ‘’RCH Nr 2” has 1270 beds, consists of 4 big treatment departments: in-patient hospital department (845 beds) with surgical and therapeutical units, perinatal centre (425 beds) with 14 units, 2 maternity welfares, region centre of perinatal diagnostics, polyclinic SCOT with 7 special therapeutical centers and 7 units (therapeutical in-patient unit, exercise therapy and massage, stomatology, physical therapy, etc.), consulting-diagnostic center (CDC) with 6 instrumental diagnostic units, clinic-diagnostic microbiologic laboratory, pathologic-anatomic unit.
The high grade integration of out- and in-patient treatment stages allows realizing the optimal technology of medical care.
Each structure unit (perinatal centre, polyclinic SCOT, consulting-diagnostic center (CDC), stationary hospital department) provides separate functions, but as an integrate complex does the best conditions for treatment.
The perinatal centre has maternity hospital (425 beds) including neonatal unit (90 beds), 2 maternity welfares. The most severe contingent of pregnant from Krasnodar region (with cardio-vascular, endocrine, urologic, pulmonological diseases) obtains high-quality medical care by means of diagnostic base of consulting-diagnostic center, polyclinic SCOT and in-patient department. Maternity hospital delivers 8600 children a year, and more than 30 children a day.

Specialists of computer tomography and sonography can reveal the oncologic diseases in earlier stages because of advanced methods and modern medical technique. The clinic-diagnostic laboratory fulfils a wide spectrum of analysis and micro-biological studies. There is the unique in Krasnodar region radio-nuclear unit in the Centre.
The results and quality of laboratories of the Centre are tested and controlled regularly. According to data of Federal system of external assessment of quality the clinic-diagnostic laboratory has been holding a stable position in the first 10 laboratories of the country till 2008 year.
